DELIVERIES


· Where can I receive my order?

Your order can be shipped to any address.
The country of purchase and shipment must be the same.

Currently, we are delivering to SPAIN (except Ceuta and Melilla), PORTUGAL (except Azores-Madeira), AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, IRELAND, ITALY, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, UK and USA.


· What are the shipping costs?



· When will I receive my order?

Within 24-72h in Spain and Portugal and within 3–4 business days for the rest of the countries.
Orders placed from Friday 1 p.m. (CET) to Sunday, will be processed on the next working day.

During special periods such as sales or special promotions, delivery times can be delayed up to 4 extra business days over the usual deadline. 


GIFT CARDS

No discount can be applied to purchase this product. 
It's a digital gift card.


USE OF COUPONS/DISCOUNTS

These types of promotions or discounts may be used on new collection garments, not on items on sale or special promotions.
You can apply one discount per order.

 


RETURNS


You have 15 calendar days from the day of delivery to return any items.
The product must be in perfect condition and preferably in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of accessories and jewelry.


· What is the return process?

Please, contact us by email on shoponline@nkn.es, indicating the order number, reference and contact information, to request the exchange/return.

We will contact you to coordinate the pickup of the garments and to complete any further information if necessary.

Once the return has been processed in our warehouse and within a period of no more than 15 working days, your refund will be credited accordingly to your payment.


- Returns are free, we will only charge payment for the pick-up (€4.95 for Spain and €7.95 for the rest of countries*). In case of exchanges for size or same amount, the delivery/pick up is free.

Except for the Canary Islands, USA and United Kingdom - the return shipping costs, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer. Important: Attach invoice with the garment being returned.


- We do not accept returns made by unauthorized couriers. We reserve the right to refuse returns requested or sent after the established return period or sent by unauthorized couriers
