Delivery Policy

NKN.ES is currently able to deliver to SPAIN (except the Canary Island, Ceuta and Melilla), PORTUGAL (except Azores-Madeira), ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, GERMANY, IRELAND, ITALY, NETHERLAND and POLAND.  For the rest of countries, please contact info@nkn.es

Orders will be delivered in 2-3 (Spain and Portugal) or 4-5 working days* (rest of countries) not including weekends or bank holidays. Please be advised that during special periods such as Sale or special promos, delivery times could be delayed up to 4 extra days over the usual deadline. 

Payment Methods

The methods of payment admitted for the orders are VISA / MASTERCARD credit and debit card, Bizum, PayPal and Klarna.

Payments are processed under a secure platform that requires a verification code the card holder will receive by SMS.

In no case we won’t save nor use your bank account details.

Use of Coupons / Discounts

Discount or promotional codes can only be used on New Collection, never on products on offer such as sale periods or special promotions.

The prices of the offered products in the Online Shop are only valid for orders placed on this website.
