Exchange and return policy

NKN team considers you having a positive shopping experience is essential and we work every day to achieve it. If you received a faulty item, you can ask for an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order. For any return, the product must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging and the labels and tags still attached.

*Belts and accessories can’t be returned.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange a clothing item for another size, color or different item.

Can I return an item for an exchange?

You can make an exchange of your items at any NKN official store.

In case you can’t exchange them in-store, we will take care of managing the pick up at your address. You will need to fill in a form to notify the exchange and our customer service team will contact you during the following 48 hours.

RETURN

You can return your items to us for a refund at any NKN official store and we will you a VOUCHER for the same amount to be used at NKN stores.

How do I return something to you?

You can return your items to us for a refund at any NKN official store.

In case you can’t return them in-store, we will take care of managing the pick up at your address. Once the return is processed and validated, you will get the reimbursement of the corresponding amount in your bank account.
